| Overseas Customers |
We ship to China, England, Finland, France,
Germany, Israel, Japan, Korea, S. Africa, Slovakia, and
Spain. In fact, we ship all over the world. We have distributors
in many parts of the world. See International Distributors.
We do have a European VAT number so that taxes can be
paid by us. |

| Return Policy |
Return Authorization Number(RMA) is
required to return goods.
The RMA number can be obtained by emailing us to the

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if
you are returning items for credit.
Refunds will be sent within 2 weeks. |

| Evaluation Units |
Unit evaluations are no charge for 2-4
weeks for corporate customers supplying a proper "no
charge" purchase order. |

| Warranty Information |
This document supercedes all other documents:
All Cards and Systems made by Computer Modules Inc. are
warranted against failure for 13 months from the date
of receipt. The warranty can be extended to a maximum
length of 3 years from the date of purchase with an extended
warranty option. Failure includes any loss of functionality
in the hardware system, for example:
- chips and components
- disk drive failure
- CPU or motherboard failure
- Cooling fan
- Lights
- Connectors
- Etc.
The following scenarios are not covered under warranty:
- Accidental damage caused by the user, e.g. improper
handling, unauthorized modifications to the system.
- Environmental damage, e.g. flood, fire.
- Software usability -Software is sold "as is"
and is unlikely to be perfect.
