U.S. Customers

In the U.S. we sell primarily directly at this time. We accept P.O.'s from reputable Broadcast and A/V integrators and Resellers from anywhere.   We offer them the right discounts and good support even if we have no long term contracts in place.  Contact us or your favorite reseller.  We give them discounts so they can provide you local support.

Overseas Customers

We have distributors in most countries.  In fact, we ship all over the world.  See International Distributors.   We do have a European VAT number so that taxes can be paid by us.

Return Policy

Return Authorization Number (RMA) is required to return goods.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if you are returning items for credit.

Refunds will be sent within 2 weeks.

Evaluation Units

Unit evaluations are no charge for 2-4 weeks for corporate customers supplying a proper "no charge" purchase order.

The following scenarios are not covered under warranty:

  1. Accidental damage caused by the user, e.g. improper handling, unauthorized modifications to the system.
  2. Environmental damage, e.g. flood, fire.
  3. Software usability – Software is sold "as is" and is unlikely to be perfect.
