Professional, NTT® Encoder Chip Based, Multi-Channel, MPEG-2 Video Encoder and TS Multiplexer with ASI Output and HD-SDI, SD-SDI, and Analog (Composite) Input. Supports Dolby® PC-3 and EIA-608 and EIA-708 closed captioning. Encodes and Multiplexes Single HD-SDI Input with up to Two SD-SDI or NTSC Inputs, or Four Standard Definition or Analog Channels for Primary and Virtual Channel Creation. Outputs Stable 19.3 Mbps via ASI or SMPTE 310M with Option.

The Motorola SE-2000 digital video encoder provides Motorola’s sixth generation video compression technology in a compact chassis that is ideally suited for the cable headend, small broadcast and high bandwidth contribution applications. A Real Time, Easy To Use, Professional Broadcast Quality, Feature Rich, Standard Definition, Full D1 Resolution, Hardware Based 4:2:0 or 4:2:2 MPEG-2 Content Origination Encoder with Composite or SDI Inputs and MPEG-1 Layer II or AC-3 Audio. Encodes at 1-15 Mbps at 4:2:0 and 1-45 Mbps at 4:2:2 to ASI/IP Outputs. Includes 16x9 aspect ratio conversion option for North American users. Provides very high video quality at low bit rates.
